Grounding Sheet Standard: the easy way to start sleeping grounded
The Wurzler™ Grounding Sheet Standard is a grounding sheet made from 94 % cotton and 6 % woven-in silver threads. Lay it on your mattress or over your existing sheet and connect it to the earth contact of a correctly earthed socket using the cord supplied. This gives you a conductive connection to the earth's potential while you sleep – with no power consumption.

Transparency about production:
Our products are designed and developed in Austria. Production currently takes place in China. We do this because there is currently no manufacturer in the German-speaking region that can produce this technology with a grounding function.
For us, production in China does not mean a lower quality standard. We work with carefully selected partners who meet our requirements.
Our shipping boxes, packing tape, shoe boxes, tissue paper and many other materials are already produced in Austria. As soon as producing further products in Austria or Germany becomes realistically possible, we will look at this option again.

Grounded sleep in 3 simple steps:
Step 1
Simply lay the grounding sheet on the mattress or over your existing sheet. For the best contact, your skin should lie directly on the grounding sheet. Then sleep as usual.
Step 2
Connect the supplied cord to the press stud on the grounding sheet.
Step 3
Connect the other end of the cord to the supplied grounding plug and insert it into a correctly earthed socket. The product does not use any electricity; it only creates a connection to the earth contact.

Important
Test your socket in three steps.
Only use a grounding sheet or grounding mat with a socket that has a working earth contact. You can check this in a minute with a socket tester, for example the Wurzler™ socket tester (€14,90).

Look at the socket.
Can you see two metal clips at the edge of the opening? Then it is an earthed (Schuko) socket. Without these clips the socket is not suitable.

Plug in the tester.
The lights on the socket tester show whether live, neutral and earth are connected correctly. With the Wurzler™ socket tester: if all three LEDs light up, the socket is fine. With a different tester: see its instructions.

Unsure? Have it checked.
Does the tester show a fault, or are you unsure? Then don’t use this socket and have it checked by a qualified electrician.

Many people wonder whether a higher silver content in the sheet also means stronger grounding.
The clear answer: No, all our sheets ground equally well.
The reason is simple: above a certain amount of conductive material, such as silver thread, the electrical contact between the body and the earth is fully established.
Whether 6 % or 11 % silver: the grounding function works in the same way for all variants.
The difference lies mainly in comfort and lifespan:
A higher silver content can help the fabric stay more robust and remain conductive for longer, and make the connection feel a little more even, especially after frequent washing or intensive use.

Super für meine Tochter!
Ich habe mich für das Bettlaken entschieden, da ich auch viele Stunden dort verbringe. Da ich sehr fühlig bin, ist es mir richtig angenehm mit dem Feld und geerdeter zu sein. Ich schlafe tiefer und fühle mich gut erholt. Zudem nehme ich auch wahr, dass viel Gedankenlärm beruhigt und ich klarer bin. Für eine bewusste gesunde Lebensführung kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen von Herzen! Danke für eure Arbeit!
Servus. Ich bin wirklich sehr begeistert von diesen Bezügen. Das mal vorab.
Ich litt über Jahre mit Schmerzen im linken Fuss durch einen Arbeitsunfall. Da viele Ärzte nichts gefunden haben und mir teilweise einreden wollten das es mein Kopf sei, der den Schmerz vorgaukelt, habe ich mich entschieden einen Chiropraktiker aufzusuchen. Dank seiner Hilfe konnte ich wieder auftreten. Dennoch ist ab und an ein teilweiser starker innerer Schmerz geblieben. Dieser Schmerz wurde bei Bewegung mit Barfußschuhen deutlich verbessert. Am besten war es Barfuß.
Deswegen habe ich mich damals für ein Erdungsbezug von Elvari entschieden. Das muss ich ehrlicherweise vorab so schreiben. Den Bezug von Wurzler finde ich besser, da man mehr Bezug für sein Geld bekommt. :)
Der Schmerz bei beiden Bezügen ist komplett weg. Ich weiß nicht wie oder warum, aber er ist verschwunden und das reicht mir. Mein allgemein Befinden und mein Schlaf ist auch um einiges besser geworden. Für mich gibt es eine klare Empfehlung. Vielen Dank

Seit 3 Wochen habe ich das Erdungsbettuch. Schlafe bisher besser, meine Tochter 10 Jahre will auch ein Silberbetttuch.

Im Gegensatz zu so vielen Anderen merke ich nichts an Wirkung. Womöglich ist sie trotzdem da, das kann ich so nicht feststellen. Auf die Schlafqualität und den Erholungsgrad scheint das Laken keine Auswirkung zu haben.
Ich habe mir das Wurzler Erdungsspannbettlaken gekauft, weil ich seit vielen Jahren mit Schlafproblemen zu tun habe. Seid 14 Tagen liege ich auf diesem Laken und merke, dass ich morgens entspannter aufwache, meine schlafprobleme nicht weg sind aber besser werden, da freue ich mich sehr drüber, auf jeden Fall ein guter Kauf gemacht. Alles gut , besonders die Fixierung über die Ecken .........
Ich benutze es seit 10 Tagen und fühle mich nicht besser , im Gegenteil ich habe mehr Kopfschmerzen und kann schlecht einschlafen.
Vielleicht bin ich aber auch zu ungeduldig oder habe mir Zuviel davon versprochen .
Ich habe ein vergleichbares Produkt im Urlaub kennengelernt und die Erfahrung gemacht, dass ich durch die Nutzung nachts weniger Muskelschmerzen hatte als sonst. Diesen Effekt habe ich von dem Laken erwartet, und er ist eingetreten. Somit bin ich sehr zufrieden! Auch die verstellbare Befestigung ist super.
Allerdings nutze ich es nicht als finales Bettlaken, dazu ist es mir zu fest gewebt und zu hart. Es funktioniert aber auch unter dem normalen Laken / Matratzenschoner sehr gut. Somit alles top!!
Das Bettlaken ist sehr schnell geliefert worden, läßt sich gut anbringen, kann auch am Tag als Erdungshilfe zusammegefaltet verwendet werden...
Wir schlafen besser mit dem Laken und wachen nachts weniger auf....die Firma Wurzler ist uns außerdem sehr sympatisch!

Wir liegen ja auf dem Tuch. Darüber ist noch ein -Spannbettlaken.
Führt die Erdung dazu, dass Feldlinien aus dem ganzen Raum auf das Bett geführt werden?also quasi durch uns hindurch auf das Erdungstuch unter uns?

Also,ich habe es für meinen Sohn gekauft,der mit deinen 2 Mädels(4u2 Jahre) mit Frau!!, in einem Bett schlafen!
Meine Schwiegertochter erzählte mir,dass sie es 1 Woche drinnen gehabt haben,dann raus geben musste,da sie alle 5 nicht schlafen konnten.
Der Schlaf war unruhig,u sie waren am Morgen müde.
Sie hat es dann bei der kleinen im Zimmer probiert,aber es war wie im großen Bett,unruhig u nur hin u her gedreht. So,nun probierte sie es nochmal bei der 4 Jährigen im Zimmer,u die schläft gut mit dem Tuch!!!
Sie sagte selber,dass sie besser schläft!!!

Ich habe es weiss erwartet, es ist gelblich und altbacken kariert, nicht mein Geschmack. An den Gummibändchen ist Plastik, es ist sofort kaputt gegangen. Optisch gefällt es mir nicht, muss was anderes bestellen.
Super Service, schnelle Lieferung, super Support mit Nachlieferung Schweizer Stecker. Inhaber auch sehr sympathisch. Sobald man auf dem Erdungslacken liegt, merkt man wie sich im Körper was tut. Am Morgen steht man auch erholter auf. Super Produkt und sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir merken noch keinen Unterschied leider.
