Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
We voluntarily ask you to state the reason for the return. This is not required, but it helps us improve our products and processes.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Returning the goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
This also applies if you refuse acceptance of the delivery and the parcel is automatically returned to us.
Liability for address errors or refusal of acceptance
If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, refuses acceptance or does not collect the parcel on time, the customer bears all additional costs incurred as a result, such as return shipping, storage costs or renewed shipping.
Return fees and release fees charged to us, for example €25, must be paid by the customer.
Renewed shipping will only take place after these costs have been settled.
Return note
Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods.
If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories. However, this is not a requirement for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal.
