Shipping & delivery

Your order is prepared for shipping once payment has been received. In most cases it is ready to ship within 12 hours.

We ship from our warehouse in Austria with reliable shipping partners. There is no dispatch or delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery times

Germany: 2 to 4 working days
Netherlands: 1 to 4 working days

For other destinations (Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden) we are happy to tell you the expected delivery time before you order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to all countries we deliver to. Any shipping costs would always be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note: for deliveries outside the EU (for example to Switzerland), customs duties or import charges may apply. These are borne by the recipient.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive it automatically by email.
