DELIVERY

Your order is released for shipping once payment has been completed. It is usually ready to ship within 12 hours.
We ship every order from our warehouse in Austria via Austrian Post; deliveries to Germany are handled by DHL.
No shipping or delivery takes place on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery time
Austria: 1 to 2 business days.
Germany: 2 to 4 business days.
Italy: 3 to 5 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Austria & Germany:
Orders up to €40: €4.90 shipping per parcel.
Free shipping from €40 order value.

Italy:
Orders up to €75: €4.90 shipping per parcel.
Free shipping from €75 order value.

Please note that customs charges may apply outside the EU and must be paid by the recipient.

Every order receives a tracking number, which is sent to you automatically by email.
