We offer you this website, including all information, products, tools and services available on it, on condition that you accept these terms and conditions, policies and notices.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
2. General provisions
We reserve the right to refuse our service at any time and for any reason.
You understand that your data, with the exception of credit card details, may be transmitted unencrypted and may be technically adapted to the requirements of networks or devices. Credit card details are always encrypted during transmission.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or otherwise commercially use our services, products, texts or content without our express written consent.
3. Accuracy of information
We make every effort to keep the information on this website current, complete and correct. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.
The content of this website is intended as general information and should not be used as the sole basis for decisions. Use of the information on this website is at your own responsibility.
4. Changes to prices and services
The prices of our products may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order applies to that order.
We reserve the right to change, restrict or discontinue products, parts of the website or the entire service at any time.
5. Products and services
Certain products are available online only. These products can only be returned in accordance with our withdrawal instructions and within the statutory conditions.
Please note: slight variations in colour, texture or material may occur, especially with natural or textile materials. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect as long as the product can be used normally.
Errors, mistakes and typographical errors excepted.
6. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be redeemed at www.wurzler.eu. They are valid until the end of the third year after purchase and cannot be paid out in cash.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order unless stated otherwise.
7. Conclusion of contract
By submitting an order you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us by email.
8. Storage of the contract text
We store your order and send you the order details by email.
You can also view your order details in the order confirmation and, if available, in your customer account.
9. Prices and payment
All prices include statutory VAT.
Any shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
The available payment methods are shown at checkout, for example PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
10. Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days within Germany and 1 to 4 working days to the Netherlands, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times for other countries can be found in our shipping information.
We usually ship orders on the same or the next working day after payment is received, from our warehouse in the EU with reliable shipping partners.
If additional costs arise because of an incorrect delivery address, refusal of acceptance or a parcel that is not collected in time, the customer bears these costs to the extent permitted by law. This may include the carrier's return costs, storage costs, costs for a repeat shipment or release fees.
11. Retention of title
The delivered products remain our property until payment has been received in full.
12. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. All details, the effects of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form can be found in our withdrawal instructions. You can also submit your withdrawal directly via our withdrawal form.

14. Exceptions and diminished value
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal was removed after delivery.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the product if it results from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
15. Statutory warranty
The statutory rights in the event of defects apply.
For businesses, the commercial duties of inspection and notification of defects (§ 377 German Commercial Code) apply where relevant.
16. Use of WURZLER™ products and safety information
WURZLER™ products such as grounding sheets, grounding mats or yoga mats are designed to create a passive conductive connection to earth. They are intended for use with a properly installed, earthed connection.
Our products are not connected to the power supply and do not consume electricity. They only connect to the protective earth conductor.
Safe use requires a technically sound domestic installation with functioning earthing and, where prescribed, a residual current device. The product may only be connected to properly installed, earthed outlets.
In older buildings or with non-standard electrical installations, earthing may be implemented differently. If you are unsure, have your socket or installation checked by a qualified electrician or use a suitable socket tester.
The supplied grounding plug is intended for use with earthed sockets. Only use the product if you are certain that the socket is correctly earthed.
17. Additional safety information
Our connection cables contain an integrated resistor of at least 90,000 ohms. This resistor is intended to strongly limit possible fault currents.
In exceptional electrical events such as lightning strikes, voltage peaks or faults in the power grid, temporary potential differences can occur on the earth conductor.
Our products do not provide protection against lightning strikes, overvoltage or other high-energy events.
During thunderstorms or storms we recommend disconnecting the cable from the product. This also applies when using a nature or outdoor connection kit.
Use of WURZLER™ products is at your own responsibility. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a qualified electrician.
18. Not a medical device
WURZLER™ products are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
We make no promises regarding cure, treatment or medical effects. Experiences with grounding can differ from person to person.
If you have health complaints or medical questions, please always consult a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
19. Final provisions
German law applies to this contract, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence conflict with it.
The contract language for orders placed via the English version of wurzler.eu is English.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is wholly or partly invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
