We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site, to you, the user, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason.

You understand that your content, excluding credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve adaptations to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise exploit our services or content without express written permission.

3. Accuracy of information

We are not liable if information provided on this website is not complete or current. All content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

4. Changes to prices and service

The prices of our products may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or the entire service at any time without notice.

5. Products and services

Certain products are available exclusively online. These can only be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Please note: slight variations in colour or structure are not considered defects when natural materials are used. Errors and omissions excepted.

6. Gift vouchers

Vouchers can be redeemed at www.wurzler.eu. They are valid until the end of the third year after purchase and cannot be paid out in cash. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.

7. Conclusion of contract

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation by email.

8. Storage of contract text

We store your order and send you all order details by email.

9. Prices and payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

10. Delivery and shipping costs

Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days.

We usually ship on the day of the order or on the next business day.

If additional costs arise due to incorrect delivery address details, refusal of acceptance or failure to collect the parcel on time, for example return fees charged by the shipping provider, the customer bears these costs in full.

Example: return shipping costs + renewed shipping + release fee, e.g. €25.

11. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

12. Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 5 days after receiving the return.

The return shipment can be arranged by the buyer with a shipping provider of their choice. These costs must be borne by the buyer.

Exceptions: used bedding cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

13. Warranty

The statutory provisions for consumers apply. For businesses, the duties of inspection and notification of defects under the German Commercial Code apply.

14. Liability for address errors or refusal of acceptance

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, refuses acceptance or does not collect the parcel on time, the customer bears all additional costs incurred as a result, such as return shipping, storage costs or renewed shipping.

Return fees and release fees charged to us, for example €25, must be paid by the customer.

Renewed shipping will only take place after these costs have been settled.

15. Use of WURZLER™ products / safety information

Our WURZLER™ products, for example sheets, mats or yoga mats, are intended to equalise electrical potentials through passive connection to the grounded protective conductor of the electrical network. For safety, they contain an integrated resistor of at least 90,000 ohms to effectively limit direct current flow.

Use of these products requires a technically sound household electrical installation with functional protective grounding and residual current protection device (RCD). Connection must only be made to properly installed protective conductor contacts, for example grounding pins in sockets. In very old buildings or installations, grounding may be implemented differently. If in doubt, please have this checked by an electrician or use our nature/outdoor connection kit.

Our products are not connected to the power supply and do not carry electricity. They merely allow voltage discharge to earth potential. Nevertheless, the following applies:

• In exceptional electrical events such as lightning strikes, voltage peaks or disturbances in the electrical grid, temporary potential shifts on the protective conductor may occur.
• Our products do not provide protection against lightning strikes or other high-energy events.
• Liability for damage caused by such external influences is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
• Use of our WURZLER™ products is at your own responsibility.

If you are unsure, we recommend consulting a qualified electrician.

Important safety notice

Our WURZLER™ products are designed for private indoor use. They do not replace lightning protection or surge protection devices. During storms or thunderstorms, we recommend maintaining a safe distance from electrical lines, as with all electrical devices.

The connection cable contains a permanently integrated 90 kΩ resistor. It strongly limits possible fault currents. During thunderstorms, please disconnect the cable from the sheet to exclude the remaining risk as far as possible. This also applies to the nature/outdoor connection kit.

16. Final provisions

German law applies. The contract language is German.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
