Grounding Fitted Sheet Bamboo Balance: our softest grounding sheet
The Wurzler™ Grounding Fitted Sheet Bamboo Balance is made from 51 % bamboo fibre (viscose), 42 % cotton and 7 % silver threads. It feels silky soft and pleasantly cool, and fits over your mattress just like a normal fitted sheet. Using the cord supplied, you connect it to the earth contact of a correctly earthed socket – with no power consumption.

Grounding means your body makes contact with the earth's natural potential via conductive materials. In everyday life we are often insulated by shoes, floors and mattresses. A Wurzler™ product makes it easy to bring this connection into your routine.
The product is connected to the earth contact of a properly earthed socket via the grounding cord provided. It does not use electricity or consume any energy.

Transparency about production:
Our products are designed and developed in Austria. Production currently takes place in China. We do this because there is currently no manufacturer in the German-speaking region that can produce this technology with a grounding function.
For us, production in China does not mean a lower quality standard. We work with carefully selected partners who meet our requirements.
Our shipping boxes, packing tape, shoe boxes, tissue paper and many other materials are already produced in Austria. As soon as producing further products in Austria or Germany becomes realistically possible, we will look at this option again.

Grounded sleep in 3 simple steps:

Pull the fitted sheet over the mattress.
Step 2
Connect the supplied cord to the press stud on the fitted sheet.
Step 3
Connect the other end of the cord to the supplied grounding plug and insert it into a correctly earthed socket. The product does not use any electricity; it only creates a connection to the earth contact.

Important
Test your socket in three steps.
Only use a grounding sheet or grounding mat with a socket that has a working earth contact. You can check this in a minute with a socket tester, for example the Wurzler™ socket tester (€14,90).

Look at the socket.
Can you see two metal clips at the edge of the opening? Then it is an earthed (Schuko) socket. Without these clips the socket is not suitable.

Step 2
Plug in the tester.
The lights on the socket tester show whether live, neutral and earth are connected correctly. With the Wurzler™ socket tester: if all three LEDs light up, the socket is fine. With a different tester: see its instructions.

Unsure? Have it checked.
Does the tester show a fault, or are you unsure? Then don’t use this socket and have it checked by a qualified electrician.

The clear answer: No, all Wurzler™ sheets ground reliably.
Above a certain proportion of conductive fibres, the electrical contact between the body and the earth is established. The difference lies mainly in comfort, feel of the material and durability. A higher proportion of silver threads can make the material more robust and support conductivity in the long term, especially after frequent washing or intensive use.

Seit 5 Jahren war ich auf der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit, die meinem Sohn bei seinen Schlafstörungen helfen könnte. Dabei haben wir vieles ausprobiert und nichts hat wirklich geholfen. Mein Sohn war schon sehr mit den Nerven am Ende, da er oft nächtelang fast gar nicht geschlafen hatte und daher am Tag unendlich müde und gereizt war.
Dann habe ich von diesem Leintuch erfahren - von einem Bekannten - und beschlossen, dies auch noch zu probieren - Nach der anfänglichen Skepsis meines Sohnes hat sich nun totale Begeisterung eigestellt, da dies das erste ist, was WIRKLICH viel Besserung bringt.

Ich habe erstmal herausfinden müssen, in welcher Ecke des Fixleintuches der elektrische Anschluss hinkommt, so wie man immer herausfinden muss, welches nun die längere oder kürzere Seite ist...
Und in der Schweiz funktionieren die EU Stecker meistens noch nicht. Dafür war ein Konvertierungsstecker nötig, welchen man im Baumarkt kaufen kann.
Wäre also schön, wenn Ihr bei der Lieferung mitteilt, dass der Anschluss der Erdung links oben hinkommt und so einen Konvertierungs-Stecker mitliefern würdet.
Wir finden das Spannbetttuch super! Es ist sehr angenehm auf der Haut. Wir haben beide SmartWatches mit Herzfrequenz, Stress- und HFV- Messung. Bei meinem Mann hat es ab der ersten Nacht eine enorme Verbesserung in der Stressmessung gezeigt und er hat ein deutlich besseres Erholungslevel, das er auch so wahrnimmt. Mein Körper hat erst eine Anpassungsphase gebraucht (erhöhter Puls und Stress und etwas Kopfschmerzen am Anfang)..Nach ca 3 Tagen ging die Herzfrequenz aber runter und die HFV wurde deutlich besser. So eine gute HFV hatte ich schon seit Monaten nicht mehr und dauerhaft noch nie.
Ich und auch meine Katze finden das erdungsspannbettlaken positiv vom Empfinden.

Schnelle Lieferung. Ordentliche Verpackung. Das Laken fasst sich gut an und wir schlafen himmlisch.
Wir haben ein Laken über zwei Matratzen gespannt und endlich rutschen sie nicht mehr auseinander.
Ein sehr schönes Bettlaken und gut zu beziehen. Es sitz gut, obwohl es nicht elastisch ist. ( wegen den Silberfäden, ja nicht möglich).
Das "liege" Gefühl ist sehr angenehm und die kühlende Wirkung merkt man.
Wir fühlen uns wohl und der Schlaf hat sich verbessert.
Tatsächlich Mega! Die Qualität ist hervorragend bei mir passt es über die Matratze und Topper was einfach toll aussieht! Ich schlafe sehr gut darauf und werde mir ein zweites bestellen weil ich so begeistert bin… und nach ein paar Wochen kann ich vlt auch noch mehr über den Erdungseffekt schreiben.
Seit den Bambus Erdungsleintüchern schläft mein Partner deutlich ruhiger. Er stand sonst mehrmals die Nacht auf. Jetzt ist er ruhiger und hat einen viel entspannteren Schlaf. Und ich dadurch auch 😍. Wirklich super Qualität und Wirkung. Wir haben die Bettleintücher nun auch unseren Kindern geschenkt.
Ich benutze Erdungsprodukten schon länger aber das Erdungslaken Bambus toppt alles.

Ich habe eine schwarze Bodenmatte die geerdet ist und Arm und Fussmanschetten und auch Pflaster die geerdet sind.
Also bitte ausprobieren und erfahren wie heilsam Erdungsprodukte sind.

Ich liebe das Gefühl zu haben, mit der Erde verbunden zu sein und das für eine lange Zeit, nämlich 6-8 Stunden während ich schlafe,. Im Winter kann ich nicht so viel barfuß laufen. Daher schwöre ich auf mein Erdungslaken in der Nacht.

Fühlt sich an wie eine Gewichtsdecke, die unter einem liegt und in Richtung Erde zieht. Sehr angenehm!

Tatsächlich verwenden wir privat ein normales Wollwaschmittel.
Unsere Leintücher sind nach 2 Jahren einwandfrei und die Leitfähigkeit ist nachweislich durch das Multimeter gegeben.
Klar, es gibt spezielle Silberwaschmittel in den Drogeriemärkten, dies ist aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Für optimale Langlebigkeit empfehlen wir ein Waschmittel ohne Bleiche zu verwenden und bei max. 40Grad waschen, anstelle heißer zu waschen lieber zu einem Hygiene Waschmittel greifen.
