The Wurzler™ Grounding Sheet Premium is a grounding sheet made from 89 % organic cotton and 11 % woven-in silver threads. Simply lay it on your mattress or over your normal sheet and connect it to the earth contact of a correctly earthed socket using the cord supplied. This creates a conductive contact with the earth's natural potential while you lie down – with no power consumption.

Transparency about production:
Our products are designed and developed in Austria. Production currently takes place in China. We do this because there is currently no manufacturer in the German-speaking region that can produce this technology with a grounding function.
For us, production in China does not mean a lower quality standard. We work with carefully selected partners who meet our requirements.
Our shipping boxes, packing tape, shoe boxes, tissue paper and many other materials are already produced in Austria. As soon as producing further products in Austria or Germany becomes realistically possible, we will look at this option again.

Grounded sleep in 3 simple steps:
Step 1
Simply lay the grounding sheet on the mattress or over your existing sheet. For the best contact, your skin should lie directly on the grounding sheet. Then sleep as usual.
Step 2
Connect the supplied cord to the press stud on the grounding sheet.
Step 3
Connect the other end of the cord to the supplied grounding plug and insert it into a correctly earthed socket. The product does not use any electricity; it only creates a connection to the earth contact.

Important
Test your socket in three steps.
Only use a grounding sheet or grounding mat with a socket that has a working earth contact. You can check this in a minute with a socket tester, for example the Wurzler™ socket tester (€14,90).

Look at the socket.
Can you see two metal clips at the edge of the opening? Then it is an earthed (Schuko) socket. Without these clips the socket is not suitable.

Plug in the tester.
The lights on the socket tester show whether live, neutral and earth are connected correctly. With the Wurzler™ socket tester: if all three LEDs light up, the socket is fine. With a different tester: see its instructions.

Many people wonder whether a higher silver content in the sheet also means stronger grounding.
The clear answer: No, all our sheets ground equally well.
The reason is simple: above a certain amount of conductive material, such as silver thread, the electrical contact between the body and the earth is fully established.
Whether 6 % or 11 % silver: the grounding function works in the same way for all variants.
The difference lies mainly in comfort and lifespan:
A higher silver content can help the fabric stay more robust and remain conductive for longer, and make the connection feel a little more even, especially after frequent washing or intensive use.

Es riecht neutral - ich vertrage keine Duftstoffe und muss oft Sachen zurückschicken. Es duftet NICHT und ich konnte es sofort benutzen. Jetzt warte ich darauf, dass es hier warm wird. Dann kann ich mal nackt schlafen und was Süßes träumen…
Habe gestern das erste Mal mit Erdungsleintuch geschlafen und Eindruck eines tieferen Schlafes. Die Ausstattung mit Haltebändern ist praktisch und funktioniert. Die einzige Unsicherheit die ich habe ist, dass ich durch Werbung eines anderen Herstellers gelesen habe, dass bei geringem Silberanteil nach mehreren Waschgängen die Wirkung verloren geht.
Die rasche und informative Antwort von Wurzler auf meine Bedenken bestätigt mir jedoch, dass ich die richtige Wahl getroffen und ein hochwertiges, wirksames und auch nachhaltiges Produkt erworben habe.

Zu deiner Frage mit dem Silberanteil:
Solche Aussagen aus Werbungen sehen wir natürlich auch. Grundsätzlich ist es so, dass die Leitfähigkeit nicht einfach „verschwindet“, solange die Silberfasern im Gewebe vorhanden und intakt sind. Bei normaler, schonender Pflege ist das über lange Zeit gegeben.
Wichtig ist hier vor allem der Umgang:
Milde Waschmittel, kein Bleichmittel und keine aggressiven Zusätze – dann bleibt die Funktion langfristig erhalten.
Zum Silberanteil selbst vielleicht noch eine ehrliche Einordnung:
Du hast mit dem Premium-Laken sogar unsere Variante mit 11 % Silberanteil – das ist im Marktvergleich sehr hoch. Selbst unsere Standard-Laken liegen bereits bei 6 %, während viele andere Anbieter im Bereich von 1–3 % unterwegs sind.
Das machen wir ganz bewusst, um eine möglichst stabile und gleichmäßige Leitfähigkeit auch über längere Zeit sicherzustellen.
Pauschale Aussagen wie „nach ein paar Wäschen wirkt es nicht mehr“ sind aus unserer Sicht daher zu vereinfacht.

Ich habe vom „Earthing“ über einen Bekannten erfahren und kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
Nach jahrelangen Ruhe-Schmerzen in der Nacht kann ich aufgrund dieser Laken und Spannleintücher ruhig, ohne Schmerzen schlafen…

Das Laken hilft nicht gegen RLS.
Ich bin zwar noch am Erproben und testen, aber ich meine, entspannter zu schlafen.
Die ersten Nächte hab ich noch schlechter geschlafen als vorher, danach wurde es deutlich besser und ich hab erstmals seit Jahren wieder gute Tiefschlafphasen.
Ich habe das Bettlaken bestellt - seither schlafe ich ruhiger, bin am Morgen ausgeruht - wache ich nachts auf, schlafe ich meistens rasch wieder ein!
